Cup comes complete. Once you buy the base, you will only need to buy replaceable tops due to operator damages. Top cup is a solid rubber material, therefore eliminating the need to use gasket. If routed into, you simply put gasket in the grooves and you recreate the seal. Cups are rotatable every 15 degrees. Replaceable tops are located on the Routech products page.
